Marshall Fair August 16th - 22nd Volunteer to help the Special Olympics Michigan Area 19 at their main display table! Special Olympics Michigan Area 19 is in need for volunteers to main our display table at the Marshall Fair---August 16th through 22nd. We are asking for three shifts of volunteers (2 to 3 volunteers per shift) to cover this project. Volunteers need to have some basic knowledge of Special Olympics; if not we will give you some training on our agency. Looking for individuals or groups interested in community outreach experience. This volunteer experience asks for volunteers to sign up potential coaches, athletes, fundraisers and management team members for our agency. The Special Olympics will also have cookbooks, medallions and assorted leftover fundraising items that they would like to sell at the fair to patrons.
