The Gift of Time   With the New Year upon us, many people are making resolutions.  What could be a better resolution than volunteering with the Douglas County Museum?  Whether you're into one of our collection areas, including plants, animals, fossils, antiques, books, photos, even antique clothing, or working with school kids, families, and senior groups, chances are we've got an opportunity that you'd enjoy.   If we've piqued your interest please join us at the Museum on Thursday, February 15th from 2-3pm as we showcase the many ways you can get involved.   For more information on this event or the Museum's volunteer program in general, contact Karri Miller at 957-7007 or klmiller@co.douglas.or.us.
