Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteers serve as agents of change in their communities by extending friendship to children and offering the power of possibilities. The heart of their friendships is "Bigs" including "Littles" in everyday activities. These simple yet generous acts of inclusion are central to building trust and creating a bond that can help direct a child to a better future.

History:
For more than 30 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee has connected volunteer mentors with children in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties who are in need of the positive influence and support of an adult friend.
