Our mission is: to provide job training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. The Waukesha Training Center, Inc (WTC), established in 1963, was planned and financed by the Waukesha Service Club. Underlying all that takes place at the WTC is the opportunity for people to lead productive lives through the experience of work. The Center is a place where commitment to excellence supports opportunity and achievement.
