The primary responsibility of the Helpline Volunteer is to take information and crisis calls from the Council's Helpline during business hours. Volunteers should possess excellent oral communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to provide feedback in a positive, non-judgmental manner. This opportunity is sponsored by: Addiction Resource Council, Inc.
