Volunteer Opportunity Details:

La Casa is looking for friendly, patient volunteers to assist in our children's after-school program. Volunteers will assist with multiple tasks including supervision, leading or assisting activities, office duties, Library supervision, meal time assistance, and reception. Activities include dance, crafts, acting, painting, gym classes, and many more. There will never be a dull moment with this fast paced position! Be the difference for these children- volunteer.

Possible Tasks or Responsibilities Include:

• Lead or assist with activities
• Supervise children and transport to various activities
• Provide safety and well-being for all children
• Act as liaison between program coordinator and children
• Assist with office duties
• Supervise Library activities
• Assist with meal time, including handing out and cleaning up meals
• Greet parents
  
  

Requirements: Volunteers must be a minimum of 15 years old and committed to making a difference in childrens' lives.
