Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Would you like to be in an energetic environment, filled with laughter and smiles, and make a difference in a child’s life? Our After-School children’s program needs committed volunteers to assist children ages 6-12 years with their homework! Subjects such as reading, writing, math, and science are touched on. When you help a child with their homework you impact an entire community’s future!

Possible Duties Include:

• Lead or assist activities
• Supervise children
• Provide safety and well being for children
• Act as liaison between program coordinator and children
• Supervise Library activities
• Greet parents

Requirements: Volunteers must be a minimum of 15 years old and committed to working with children.
