Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Are you fluent in American Sign Language and looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? La Casa de Esperanza is seeking a volunteer with an American Sign Language background to interpret information for some of our hearing impaired clients. This includes assisting clients by providing vital translation information, and acting as a liaison between staff, volunteers, and clients. Shifts are not scheduled, but occur on an as-needed basis.

Requirements: Volunteers must be a minimum of 16 years old, flexible with their schedule and sensitive to discussions. Volunteers must be proficient in sign-language.
