To provide students in the community an enriched musical experience through the study and performance of string instruments.

Description:
The Community String Project strives to recruit students with low academic ability to play a string instrument.

History:
The Community String Project is in its first year. After a successful summer program where 33 students participated in a 18 lesson session, we look forward to recruiting more students for the Fall session.
