Connecting for Children and Families

Our mission is to improve the quality of family and community life in Woonsocket. We provide a network of health care, education and social services to the Woonsocket community.

Description:
Some of the services provided are(Child Opportunity Zone), CCF works in close partnership with the Fairmount schools to coordinate health,educational, and social services for the neighborhood families. Through these services, children receive the support they need to do well in school. (Kids' Connection) is an after-school program that offers homework help, art instruction,cooking classes and music appreciation for children ages 6-12. These are just a few of the programs. Others are(Parents as Teachers) (CCF's Childcare Support Network), (Camp Costa), (Woonsocket's Comprehensive Strategy) and (Woonsocket Safe Communities).

History:
Connecting for Children and Families was incorporated in 1995 and has provided assistance to countless families.
