Our service standards are as follows:
Our first priority is to our patients and families.
All patients will be admitted, with physician orders, within 3 hours, 24/7.
All patients will be contacted every day.
We evaluate pain on every visit and call.
We meet the needs of our customers as they define them by listening and responding accordingly.
Upon entering and leaving a Long Term Care Facility, our staff will inform management.
Complaints will be resolved the same day, or within 24 hours.
We respond positively to customer requests.
Communication with our customers will be in accordance with how they want to communicate.
All telephone calls will be answered before the 4th ring.
Incoming calls will not be transferred into voice mail, unless requested by the caller.
No person will be on hold longer than 45 seconds.
All staff will respond to customer pages within 15 minutes.

History:
The company was formed in 1995. The founders had three things in common: strong spiritual beliefs, values, and the vision to serve all people. Currently Odyssey is one of the largest hospice provider in the U.S. It has grown from one location in Indianapolis, IN to 79 locations in 38 states. Since its inception Odyssey has served over 123,000 patients and their families. One of Odyssey's newest locations is here in Warwick,RI.
