The Providence Preservation Society seeks a volunteer to assist with general office tasks at a small, but collaborative, non-profit organization. The volunteer will receive training and supervision from PPS staff and will assist with the day-to-day operations of the organization. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering a multi-line phone, greeting visitors, working on special events and projects, setting up for meetings, and mailings. This opportunity could be as little as 2 hours per week or as many as 10-12. Must be courteous and professional on the phone and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Experience with Microsoft Office programs a plus.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Providence Preservation Society
