Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Assist patients and visitors from the Main Lobby of the hospital to their destinations, working with the Reception Desk staff.

Arriving at the newly expanded hospital facility can prove an overwhelming experience for excited family members, anxious patients or inexperienced visitors. Volunteers offer escort and other assistance to guide community members to various services and locations throughout the hospital. Bilingual skills are not necessary but are very helpful in this role. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must!!

Interview, criminal background check, orientation and health screening provided by the hospital. We request a minimum one 3 hour shift per week for at least 3 months.
