Volunteer Opportunity Details:

RICLAPP is looking for volunteers to help out with our Senior Legal Clinic Program. The Senior Legal Clinic Program serves elders at senior centers in Cranston, Warwick, East Greenwich, and Woonsocket by providing low cost legal services.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to work directly with clients by performing intake procedures immediately prior to the client's appointment. Other duties include scheduling future appointments, providing information about the Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy, and distributing informational materials. Volunteers will be working on site at the senior centers.

Volunteers are required to go through a brief training at our office on proper intake procedures and general information on the Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy.

Volunteers should be organized, punctual, and have a positive attitude!
