The Ridgefield VNA is a private, non-profit, CHAP accredited organization. Our mission is to provide remarkable home healthcare, foster community based wellness and promote public health and safety in the Greater Ridgefield communities.

Description:
Since 1914,the Ridgefield VNA has provided services for area residents who are in need of home health care. Services range from highly skilled nursing care to assistance with the essential activities of daily living. The Ridgefield VNA strives to ensure individual, family, and community well being. Each year, we help thousands of residents improve their health and prevent future problems through regularly scheduled health screenings, flu and pneumonia vaccination clinics, Well Child clinic, Monthly Visit Program and annual Community Health Fair.
