The mission of Laurel Ridge Health Care Center is to bring as much happiness to
our residents as possible through various programs. This includes friendly
visits for those who choose not to participate in our large group programs. more
Literacy Volunteers on the Green provides free English as a second language and
literacy instruction to adults in New Milford and its surrounding towns. Our
goal is for our students to become independent speakers, listeners, readers and
writers of English, allowing them to gain comprehension through natural,
authentic, real. . .
