The Danbury Historical Museum (formerly Scott Fanton)is looking for volunteers to assist with their Holiday Bazaar and Gift Shop over the Christmas season. This holiday event will take place Tuesdays through Saturdays from December 4-22 during the hours of 10-4.
The Keeler Tavern in Ridgefield is looking for volunteers to lead historical tours discussing the history of the tavern during the Revolutionary War. Both museums will provide necessary training.
Keeler Tavern will be hosting a special Christmas luncheon and holiday boutique on December 4th through Dec. 8th, 2007. Volunteers are needed to work in the kitchen, serve the luncheons. Shifts are 10:30am to 2:30 pm on the days of the event. Call for more details.
