Improve Literacy with children at school

Volunteers are needed to read with children as part of a literacy programs in the Danbury, Brookfield and New Fairfield Schools. Volunteers spend one hour each week during the school year reading with elementary age students who will benefit from the additional reading practice.

Volunteers must provide their own transportation. Training is provided by the school literacy specialist.
