Publicity for our organization is needed through the use of: video, power point, web design, creation of flyers, posters, or press releases to newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. Volunteers may have a specific media that they are interested in, but should already be proficient in it. We generally use MS Publisher for newsletters, annual reports and other print publications.
Staff is often asked to speak to community groups, and would like to have a video or powerpoint presentation. We have a projector and laptop computer for this purpose.
Volunteer should have the equipment and programs to work from home, with frequent communication with staff.
