Tarrywile Park welcomes WCSU Praxis community service opportunities. This 654-acre passive recreation Park has many projects available for students who need to complete community service hours. Most, if not all, projects are outdoors. They include but are not limited to trail maintenance, trail building, garden work, painting, and general park cleanup. No training requirement. Please plan ahead and call our office to make arrangements well in advance of your deadline for PRAXIS requirement completion. This opportunity is sponsored by: Tarrywile Park

Exit 3 off I84. At end of ramp you will come to a light. Turn left. At the next light turn left again, this will put you on Wooster Heights. Follow Wooster Heights for .9mile and turn right onto Southern Blvd. Follow Southern Blvd. for .6 mile. At this point the road will make a very sharp right hand turn. Follow the turn and the main entrance to the Park is 100 yds. on your right. |
