Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Entering a hospital is stressful. Add to that the stress of being unable to find your way to an appointment with a doctor or a test in the radiology or cardiology departments. People who are outgoing and enjoy the exercise of walking while assisting very grateful visitors to the hospital, will receive satisfaction from this assignment.

Potential volunteers will attend a general orientation, complete an application and schedule an interview when next steps will be discussed.

A terrific learning experience I learn so much while I'm over there

I'm a volunteer in Stamford Hospital working in the Medical Records department. Everyone has been nice and helpful to me make me feel at home.
