Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Connecticut Legal Services operates a free legal clinic for day laborers who have been cheated out of their earnings by their employers. The clinic operates on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month with the help of volunteers. CLS is seeking a volunteer to: open and close case files using our computer case-managment program; scanning data into the computerized files; data entry using Excel; and perhaps answering telephone messages left by our predominantly Spanish-speaking clients. These tasks need to be completed following each clinic.

The volunteer will work in the Stamford office of Connecticut Legal Services at 20 Summer Street between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm., Monday through Thursday.
