Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Connecticut Legal Services operates a free legal clinic for day laborers who have been cheated out of their earnings by employers. The clinic operates on the second and fourth Wednesday from 6pm to about 9:30 pm. CLS is seeking volunteers who can interpret for the Spanish-speaking workers during clinic hours.

The clinic takes place in the Stamford office of Connecticut Legal Services at 20 Summer Street. Training is available but it is not mandatory to go through training before you begin. Ability to speak and write Spanish is a must.
