Volunteer Opportunity Details:

RSVP partners with local child development program to address literacy needs. Looking for adults age 55+ to read to children in preschool classrooms. Help children develop a love of reading to build a strong foundation for success in school. Morning or afternoon times available.

RSVP volunteers must be age 55 or older. Must enjoy being with children; like to read; be patient, dependable and consistent. An orientation session is provided to those interested.
