Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Come join the rehab team at Smith House Health Care Center in beautiful North Stamford. We are looking for volunteers to come on a weekly or daily basis to help transport residents to and from therapy. This is the perfect opportunity for students, adults interested in career changes or retirees who want to learn more about physical or occupational therapy. See first hand the workings of the therapy gym and interact with professionals in the field.

Volunteers should be physically able to push wheel chairs.All volunteers are required to have and annual tuberculosis test which Smith House will provide if the volunteer has not had one done.
