Travelers Aid Society is a social service agency committed to helping homeless, mobile and near-homeless families and individuals. The mission of the agency is to help people transition from homelessness to permanent, independent living. Travelers Aid provides a complete continuum of services ranging from emergency shelter and assistance to transitional and permanent housing programs. Travelers Aid links its case management expertise and transitional housing with the employment services of The Jackson Employment Center to jointly offer a comprehensive job training program.

I work for UPS and a big part of the UPS family is being involved in the United Way. We selected to volunteer at Traveler's Aid of Tucson. I like to do it because it helps me see where I am at and how good things are for me and my family. It also gives me the chance to help in the community and those in need.
