Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services
The mission of Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services is to provide teen specific pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting educational support so the teen and her family can experience a positive outcome. Our vision is to be available to the adolescent population, and their families throughout Arizona. Our education and support program concerning sexual health issues will improve the poor statistics our adolescents are experiencing in our society.

Our services include:
Healthy Pregnancy Classes - these classes include proper nutrition, signs of problems in pregnancy, discomforts of pregnancy, exercise, secondary abstinence, family planning, relationship building, infant CPR, and the adoption option.
Childbirth Education Classes - These classes include normal delivery, c-section, medications and procedures, relaxation and breathing techniques, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and infant care techniques.
One-on-One Mentoring for the pregnant teen and the soon to be new dad.
Hospital visit and Home visit after birth provide extra education and support to the new family.
Teen Parenting Support Network Events. These events are for our parenting teens that have completed the Pregnancy Education program. Bi-monthly events give teen parents the opportunity to learn more parenting techniques as well as have peer support.
Jensen's Corner is a "store" for TOPS teens to shop for maternity and baby items. TOPS dollars are earned by attending classes and events which are used to shop for free. No cash is accepted, but donations are!
Free Pregnancy Testing with counseling to sort through the decision to parent the child. Adoption information is provided.
Weekly support group for pregnant and parenting teens. This group is facilitate by a Female Registered Nurse and Male Counselor.
Individual and family counseling is also available.
TOPS TEN - Comprehensive Sex Education for the non-pregnant and non-parenting teen. This class discusses 10 key issues concerning sexual health. 1) Healthy Relationships 2)Abstinence 3)Healthy Decisions 4)Steps of Intimacy 5)Birth Control 6)Healthy Futures 7)STD's/STI's 8)HIV/AIDS 9)Reaching Goals 10)Real Life Skills.
Parent Workshops for parents of teens and preteens also available.
