Event coordinator is needed for Tucson's only historic fairyland.
The Valley of the Moon historic fairy land is in need of event coordinators to help plan and implement special events. An event coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and evaluating of special events. The coordinator creates an idea, or adopts one from elsewhere, and then manages it from beginning to end.
Experience is not required however, the ability work independently, communication and interpersonal skills, planning, organization and marketing skills are desirable.

Overall Experience
Always a fun experience

The Valley is a wonderful Tucson tradition! I participated in a performance of "the Hobbit" in April 05, and I had an absolute blast. It was a great experience helping keep the legend of George Legler, that ol' mountain gnome, alive, and I hope more people volunteer and make it even better than before.
