Wonderful opportunity to help people through individual contact

I have volunteered for ICS for a year and only recently began interviewing people for services. Either driving someone to an appointment or meeting them in their homes creates a relationship that might otherwise never exist. ICS provides valuable services for people that need help; it is a great organization, and, they treat their volunteers very well! posted by skaplan on July 1, 2007
