If things fall apart, a handyman is a great to have on hand!
The
Volunteer Center of Southern Arizona needs a volunteer handyman to swap lightbulbs, dust in high aeas, change air conditioning filters, possibly move furniture or boxes -- and other light maintenance chores that need to be done.
There is no training requirement as the volunteer is expected to already know how to make minor repairs. The volunteer should be able to lift 20 - 30 pounds if needed.
There's no regular schedule; the
Volunteer
Center will call you when there's work to be done. We're a friendly, relaxed office, located in mid-town. We can offer you smiles, coffee and our appreciation.
