| Teen Outreach Pregnancy services include
Healthy pregnancy classes - proper nutrition, signs of problems in pregnancy, discomforts of pregnancy, exercise, family planning, infant CPR, the adoption option, and more
Childbirth education classes - normal delivery, c-section, medications and procedures, relaxation and breathing techniques, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and infant care techniques.
One-on-one mentoring for the pregnant teen and the soon to be new dad.
Hospital visit and home visit after birth provide extra education and support to the new family.
Events for parenting teens to learn more parenting techniques as well as have peer support.
Jensen's Corner is a "store" for TOPS teens to shop for maternity and baby items. TOPS dollars are earned by attending classes and events which are used to shop for free. No cash is accepted, but donations are!
Free pregnancy testing with counseling. Adoption information is provided.
Weekly support group for pregnant and parenting teens, facilitated by a female RN and male counselor.
Individual and family counseling as well as parent workshops for parents of teens and preteens.
Comprehensive sex education for the non-pregnant and non-parenting teen that covers 10 key issues concerning sexual health.
