Arizona's Children Association
Initially founded in 1912 as the state's first orphanage, Arizona's Children Association is now the oldest and largest comprehensive child welfare and behavioral health nonprofit agency in Arizona.
More than 600 professionally trained, dedicated staff work to break the cycle of abuse and help children and families begin the process of healing. The Association has more than 40 programs and serves 45,000 children up to age 18 and their families.
As the only agency of its kind in Arizona to offer programs and services in all counties in the state, Arizona's Children Association is an invaluable resource in the areas of prevention, intervention and permanency. Volunteers are essential to helping staff in a wide variety of opportunities.
