Description:
Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center serves the South Bay communities of San Francisco with a 327 bed hospital and a Medical Office complex with more than 40 departments of general and specialized medicine. The volunteer program is open to the public and as many as 800 adult and high school student volunteers are required to serve the needs of the Center. Many opportunities are available for volunteers to participate in the Medical Center.
History:
Kaiser Permanente opened its new Medical Center in Santa Clara, CA, with a medical office complex in 2006 and a new hospital in 2007.
