We strive to make sure each and every patient lives every day of their lives to the fullest. Description:
VistaCare is a hospice. That means we take of people who are facing end of life issues. We use a team concept when dealing with each and every patient. The patient dictates how their final journey will be and our team works to achieve that goal. Our team is made up of a nurse, aide, chaplain, social worker, volunteer and bereavement coordinator. The team works towards the patients goal and honors the wishes of the patient and family.

History:
VistaCare has been in business for a long time. We recently joined forces with Odessy which made us part of the biggest hospice company. We are still VistaCare and plan to continue to offer our superior service, compassionate staff, and devoted volunteers to all our patients.
