Volunteer Opportunity Details:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shredding papers, organizing cabinets and file drawers, labeling documents and shelves, labeling flyers and letters, counting & cleaning toys, book and lending library inventory, converting video tapes, copying forms, restocking forms, laminating pictures, assisting staff in making projects, collating forms, organizing resource files, researching for current resources, filing, assisting with mail-outs, sorting forms, entering data into computer and assisting with special events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Posses a sincere willingness and have the ability to perform tasks which are requested; ability to perform with little supervision; ability to follow through and complete duties; some computer knowledge is preferred, but not required. Work could require mild to moderate physical exertion; including pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, stooping, reaching, standing and sitting.

TRAINING PROVIDED:
Volunteer will be trained on how to properly use the office equipment necessary to perform tasks (including; shredder, copier, board maker, laminator and computer.
