VNA of Texas - Bereavement Luncheon volunteer in the Dallas office. Help host the monthly (4th Thursday of the mo) bereavement luncheon open to the public. Speakers address some aspect of grief work and a (free) catered lunch is provided for attendees. Help provide a "safe place" for those who have suffered the death of a loved one, which is not generally available in our culture, to talk, to share, to listen. A monthly daytime event. posted by dfw0006 on April 14, 2004 |
