Try something new in 2010 - become a Master Wellness Volunteer! Sponsored by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service - Collin County, participants receive 40 hours of training and are expected to pay back 40 hours of service. Training will be held on Tuesdays, February 2, 9, and 16; Monday, February 23; and Tuesday, March 2, 9 am - 3 pm. Topics include nutrition, dietary guidelines, food safety, healthy lifestyle choices and children's health. Volunteers design their own plan for their 40 hours of service.
