Every other Tue the house manager from the shelter makes a trip to the food bank at 7 am; yes that is in the morning! She needs someone reliable, early riser, that can lift up to 50 pounds to accompany her on the trip and help load and unload food. This usually takes three hours; and the is every other week.

There is no training required. The volunteer would need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
