The CCCS Gold Dude is the fun representative of CCCS of North Central Texas to our communities. We are looking for someone who will be available to travel with us to fairs and expos, to wear our Gold Dude costume and provide a positive,fun experience for individuals at these events. Ability to wear the Gold Dude costume and be a positive face to the community at various events around the area. This candidate will need to be an outgoing, fun representative for CCCS and available for full day functions when necessary. Successful candidate must adhere to the CCCS confidentiality policy. CCCS will provide the necessary training experiences for the candidate.
Qualifications:
Dependability, self-motivation and self-direction. Outgoing, good people skills and the ability to be a bit of a “ham”. However, no conversation will be needed. Our voice of the Gold Dude is provided through our radio ads and the mascot will not speak.
Due to the size of the Gold Dude suit the individual will need to be approximately 5ft.10in. to 6ft.
CCCS requires all our employees to be non-discriminatory and non-judgmental. Honesty, fairness and flexibility are a must as well as professionalism.
Required Skill-set:
Has the ability to deal well with the public and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
