Volunteer Opportunity Details:

This volunteer will assist the administrative staff by greeting visitors to Hope's Door. We are seeking an individual with a friendly face and caring attitude. Duties include answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate staff, filing, faxing, data entry, and performing other clerical duties as needed.

Volunteer hours can be served Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Volunteer receptionists need to be dependable,have good people skills, a pleasant phone voice and a caring attitude. Volunteer should have a basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
