The volunteer position at our front desk provides one of the most important opportunities we can offer applicants. The Reception/Client Intake Volunteer is our "voice" and our "face" to the community, and it is imperative that we always put our best food forward with both clients, and agency supporters. The Reception/Client Intake Volunteer answers & routes all incoming calls, greets clients and donors, and begins the application process for new clients. This position requires communication skills, patience, and courtesy. Training in procedures is provided via "partnering" with seasoned volunteers. Staff members also provide training and are always available to answer questions. This opportunity is sponsored by: Frisco Family Services Center
