The Customer Service/Phone Volunteer will answer all incoming calls to Frisco Resale, a store whose profits provide over 25% of the operating budget for Frisco Family Services Center, a non-profit social services agency. This volunteer will also schedule pick-up's for callers who wish to make donations. Volunteers must possess basic customer service skills. Training is provided by resale store management, and an "answer" book is on hand for reference. This opportunity is sponsored by: Frisco Family Services Center
