C.E.D.S is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that is committed to providing affordable housing to low-income individuals and families within the Northern Jersey area. We as an organization are dedicated to improving the availability of low income housing to low-income individuals and families that are in need of affordable housing. We do this by building, remodeling, and renovating homes for the communities we serve. We at C.E.D.S. are committed to supplying low income individuals and families with quality housing.

We are a non-profit 501c3 since 2002. We reformed in 2008 to create a more powerful organization of professionals that have the experience and qualifications to complete the kind of construction that we need.
