Grace Healthcare Services was founded by a group of hospice professionals who value that opportunity and privilege. We are dedicated to advancing the quality of hospice care in the communities that we serve. Our promise is to utilize the inherent expertise of our staff to educate consumers and serve patients and families with the highest level of dignity and grace.

Description:
Grace is a Hospice agency with patients in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean County. We are looking for volunteers to give time to terminally ill patients and their families Our belief is that volunteers truly make a difference and add to the quality of life of our patients. We are also looking for groups willing to do craft or hand made projects.

History:
We opened in 2005. We are a group of women who came together with over 65 years of experience who believe that hospice services can and should be offered with excellence. We are committed to teaching and training our staff and volunteers so that this can be accomplished with pride.
