Since the incorporation of the Day School in 1906, the mission of the Kings Daughters Day School has consistently been what it is today:
To provide the children of working parents with developmentally appropriate educational programs in a nurturing environment, in order to build a foundation for becoming responsible, productive members of society.

Description:
The King's Daughters Day School provides early care and education for 160 children of the working poor on a daily basis. Our families live in Union, Middlesex and Somerset counties. Our children range in age from 11 months to 13 years. In addition to its high-quality early education programs, the Day School has a before/after school program and a 10-week Summer Camp program for school-age children, as well as an on-site sick child care unit and family support and education programs.

Through our commitment and investment in providing quality early care and education, The King's Daughters Day School has achieved and maintained accreditation from the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs since 1991. Only 292 of the approximately 4,300 licensed child care centers in the State of New Jersey have achieved this endorsement.
