We provide residential, vocational, social and spiritual programs for persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.We offer opportunities for people to become more active and valued members of society and to participate fully in life with dignity and peace.

Description:
We offer group homes for adults with disabilities and our Volunteer Program is called "PEOPLE NEED FRIENDS". It offers many different opportunities for volunteers to become involved and the program greatly enhances the lives of our residents.

History:
The Department for Persons with Disabilities was founded in 1965 by Father John Wehrlen and has offered the highest quality of service to the residents and has grown through the years to the nine homes, two supervised apartments and adult training center that we offer today. In addition to the great homes, we also offer spirituality programs and social activities to all of our people.
