Description:
The Charlotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross is an essential part of our community. Providing lifesaving training and education to thousands of our citizens is just one way in which we contribute to the well-being of Charlotte County. By offering our expertise, our facility, our resources and our friendship to other agencies, organizations, and individuals, we demonstrate on a daily basis how vital it is to maintain a strong active Red Cross presence in our community. We are team players. As we were all stretched to the limits during the past two hurricane seasons, our volunteers and paid staff demonstrated just how dedicated we all are to helping the citizens of our jurisdiction. Moving forward, we are constantly in the planning and preparedness mode, collaborating with local, state and national agencies to better prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies here in Charlotte County.
