Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on July 1, 2009

The Ocean Conservancy has a world wide cleanup every September. Keep Charlotte Beautiful is the local host for this cleanup effort. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is concerned about keeping our waterways clean. You can work as a small group, large group or individual.
The only requirement is that you cleanup near water and you submit a form on what you found, how much you brought in and how long it took you! You may actually do your cleanup anytime in September or October. You are not limited to September 19th!!!

We have a training meeting at 6:00 on the 14th of September. You also pick up your supplies at this point!
