Alpha Center is a non-profit agency that provides a full range of services to women and men involved in an unplanned pregnancy. Our goal is to provide positive alternatives with practical support.

Description:
Alpha Center maintains approximately 5,500 contacts per year with individuals who are seeking information, acceptance, hope and a new start. The center provides FREE services to the community including: pregnancy tests, accurate information on abortion, adoption, and childbirth, ultrasound exams (when needed), relationship counseling, pregnancy support classes, Earn While You Learn Program, medical and agency referrals, abortion recovery counseling, and STD testing (cost is $23 for each STD test and counsel is free). With the help of generous volunteers who desire to show compassion to those in need, we are able to reach out to members of our community who feel they have nowhere else to turn. The center is supported financially by caring churches and individuals who are committed to making a difference.

History:
Alpha Center has been helping women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy since 1984. Over the years, women of all ages from various cultural backgrounds have visited the resource center to get the help and support they need for themselves and their babies.
