Volunteer Opportunity Details:

These volunteers are committed to educating our guests about the Great Plains Zoo animals and the conservation projects that we participate in. These Zoo experts lead classes, assist in our ZooMobile programs, handle small animals and interpret our exhibits. We provide extensive training to our docents in interpretation and animal handling. Docents have an additional requirement of annual training and monthly hourly commitments.
